Experience & Service

Tim has worked in different fields within the Real Estate industry before becoming a Realtor, which has given him great insight into how you feel as a home buyer and seller. He worked in construction, appraising, and investing (buying, remodeling, and selling his own properties). This experience gives Tim a broad base of knowledge to draw from when helping his clients. Since 1992 Tim has worked exclusively as a Realtor. In this time he has gained expert knowledge in everything from multi-million dollar properties to helping first time home buyers navigate through the buying process, from raw land to waterfront condominiums and everything in-between.
Continuing education is an important aspect of being a Realtor which Tim has enthusiastically embraces. Along with yearly classes in subjects such as Financing, 1031 Tax Exchanges, and Title, Tim earned his Brokers' license in 1994 and his GRI designation in 2000 and his CRS designation in 2006.
